Is Kankan Tools free?

Kankan Tools offers a free version with basic features. Premium features require a subscription.

What platforms are supported?

Currently supported:

• Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
• macOS 11.0+

Linux support is coming soon.

Is my data safe?

Yes! All processing is done locally on your device. Your images are never uploaded to any server.

Features

How does AI Cutout work?

AI Cutout uses advanced machine learning models to identify subjects in images and separate them from backgrounds. The AI has been trained on millions of images to handle various scenarios.

Can I process multiple images at once?

Yes! Most features support batch processing. Simply select multiple images and click "Batch Process".

What file formats are supported?

Input formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, TIFF, GIF Output formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP

Is there a file size limit?

There's no strict limit, but very large images may take longer to process. For best results, we recommend images under 50MB.

Subscription

How do I subscribe?

1. Open Kankan Tools
2. Go to Settings > Subscription
3. Click "Subscribe"
4. Complete the payment process

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact support if you're not satisfied.

Troubleshooting

The app won't start

Windows:

• Make sure you have the latest Windows updates
• Try running as administrator
• Reinstall the application

macOS:

• Check if the app is in Applications folder
• Try the Terminal command: xattr -cr /Applications/Kankan\ Tools.app

Processing is slow

• Close other resource-intensive applications
• Use a smaller AI model (Fast mode)
• Reduce image resolution before processing

Results are not satisfactory

• Try a different AI model
• Use Edge Refinement feature
• Ensure the input image has good lighting and contrast
